For the perfect fit, measure around the circumference of your wrist, where you would normally wear a bracelet.  If you don't have a tape measure you can use a piece of string or a strip of paper, mark it then measure with a flat ruler.
Choose the size closest to your measurement for a comfortable fit. If you'd prefer a looser fit, then choose the next size up. For a snug fit, choose the next one down.
