Lava Stone
 
Once the lava cools down after a Volcanic eruption, it crystallizes and forms lava stone.
Coming from the intense raw energy of a volcano, lava stone brings the energy of fire, representing rebirth.
Lava stone has strong grounding properties and is used to deepen a connection to earth.
By nature it is protective for the energy body, encouraging the release of attachments and blocking psychic attacks.
It is known for its ability to calm strong emotions such as stress, anxiety and anger, encouraging a sense of peace and stillness within.
 
Sizing
 
For the perfect fit, measure around the circumference of your wrist, where you would normally wear a bracelet.  If you don't have a tape measure you can use a piece of string or a strip of paper, mark it then measure with a flat ruler.
Choose the size closest to your measurement for a comfortable fit, if you'd prefer a looser fit, then choose the next size up, for a snug fit choose the next one down.
