Delivery & returns
Dispatch
All items are cleansed with smudging herbs and/or sound, and infused with loving light energy before they are sent. They will be wrapped in eco-friendly packaging and Jewellery will come gift-ready, in either a cute little box or pouch.
I aim to dispatch orders either the same or next working day depending on the item.
Domestic Postage (UK)
All prices include delivery, so there is no extra cost for postage.

Items will be sent either by Royal Mail or Evri.
For Royal Mail I will send either First Class/First Class Signed for or by Special Delivery depending on the value of the item.
For Evri I will use their 'Next day' delivery option, where they aim to deliver within 1-2 working days.
So you can expect to receive your goodies within 1-2 days after dispatch. For Special deliveries and Evri parcels, I will send you a tracking number when it's on the way.

International
I don't currently ship internationally through my website. I do however have an Etsy shop where customers can purchase from far and wide.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if for any reason you change your mind, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, providing it's in its original condition and packaging. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I'll let you know the return address. Just in case, make sure you keep your post office receipt to provide proof of shipment. Once I receive the item I'll let you know, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Care Instructions

To clean your pieces, lightly wipe them with a lint-free jewellery cloth and store in a cool dry place.

Avoid contact with aerosols or other chemicals as they may stain or degrade the materials.

Although my jewellery is durable and suitable for everyday wear it is advisable to not get it soaked.

Remove jewellery before sleeping.

Always keep items away from small children and pets.

Keep your pieces away from strong direct sources of heat, particularly wood to prevent splitting.

Be mindful that certain crystals can fade in direct sunlight.
